- Each day seems like an incredibly overwhelming task
- The things that once brought you joy, no longer have the same appeal
- Feeling worthless and hopeless–a loss of purpose in life.
- You live on an emotional rollercoaster. Anger, sadness, bitterness, anxiety, fear (and other negative emotions) dominate your day.
- Dark thoughts of harm, suicide, or death plague your mind.
If you find yourself recognizing any of these signs, please know you’re not alone. We all need to work on renewing our minds, but sometimes we find ourselves in a deeper valley than we ever have before.
If you’re in that deep valley, know that God is near. He will never leave you because you are a precious gift that He treasures beyond words. You have a purpose. You have a high calling. You are loved.
